  Great experience late on a Monday night! They were out of ginger beer, so no Moscow Mule, and they had to refill the keg for Blue Moon...but still a great experience! The food was fresh (ordered Deep Dish Tomato and Cheese) and served within 15 minutes.

  Terrible. Don't get near this restaurant. Horrendous service. Pizza is hugely overpriced, pre-frozen and tastes like chemicals. This is why this chain has been going downhill for a long time. I don't think they will last much longer with this complete disregard for providing a good service.

  I've always loved this place. The deep dish pizza is outstanding. Actually I haven't been disappointed with any dish at any location.

  BEWARE!!! The pizzas they serve come frozen and aren't made fresh at the restaurant. $10 for a kids ("personal") sized pizza?!?!?! I can get better value and quality at a Disney world restaurant. Even their supermarket frozen pizza products are much bigger and only $5. Took an eternity to get us our food. This place can't be even called a restaurant, it's an insult to any place that provides real food to customers. The experience is the worst I've ever had. Will NEVER return again. Guess this is the reason why the Pizzeria Uno company is in such a bad financial situation and closing most locations.
