  I worked as a driver for this company for 13.5 months. I was the CDL_A driver for them. The vehicles they have their employees drive are unsafe by Department of Transportation standards. The drivers are not properly trained on how to pre-trip inspect the trucks. The drivers are forced to work hours past the legal limit allowed by law, and are not given the proper time off between shifts that DOT requires. He does not provide pay stubs to his employees on some pay weeks and forces them to wait until the banks are closed before providing them with their pay. He requires employees to steal from other businesses that he orders product from or delivers to.
  The bakery employees do not wear hairnets, rubber or latex gloves while preparing food. The large freezer has no fire alarms in it for the safety of the employees as required by fire code. The outside doors are left open and wild animals get into the food storage areas (birds, skunks, foxes, feral cats, and mice). Delivers old bread to his customers. Lost several school districts over the winter. This is a bad company to buy from and even worse to work for. It is amazing to me that he has not been shut down by health standard, DOT regulations, or fire code. I would not recommend working for or purchasing from him.
